Abstract

THIS RESEARCH AIMS TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, SCHOOL CLIMATE, AND PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, SCHOOL CLIMATE SIMULTANEOUSLY ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE. METHOD: THIS RESEARCH USES QUANTITATIVE MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION CALCULATIONS. THE POPULATION WAS 171 TEACHERS, THE SAMPLE WAS 64 TEACHERS. DATA COLLECTION TECHNIQUES THROUGH QUESTIONNAIRES, OBSERVATION, AND DATA ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES USING MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION CALCULATIONS, TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP VARIABLES (X1), SCHOOL CLIMATE (X2), TEACHER PERFORMANCE (Y). THE RESULT IS: (1). THE INFLUENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMK NEGERI 3 BANDUNG CITY WAS 56.7%, (2) THE INFLUENCE OF SCHOOL CLIMATE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMK NEGERI 3 BANDUNG CITY WAS 47.9%, (3). MEANWHILE, THE INFLUENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP AND SCHOOL CLIMATE SIMULTANEOUSLY ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMK NEGERI 3 BANDUNG CITY WAS 77.3%.
